We’ve got some exciting news to kick off the weekend. Physical samples have arrived! We’ve taken tons of pictures to check everything over, but we picked out a few of your requests to share today. We heard the call for Death, the Moon, and Ghouliana’s Gifts, so without further ado…
Also, you didn’t ask for this but we can’t resist sharing. Here’s a peek at the downright magical foil job on your deck box!
With all of that fun stuff out of the way, we have a few quick housekeeping notes. First, please make sure that you received confirmation that your card was successfully charged in Backerkit. We have a handful of folks with errors, but the overwhelming majority of you are good to go. Finally, please note that while we have locked your orders, you will still be able to update your address right in Backerkit until we approach our actual shipping date. As mentioned in our previous update, we charged cards for Beauty of Horror a few days ago. However, there were quite a few pledges that didn’t successfully process. In case you missed our post earlier in the year, here’s a recap of why you may have received an email asking you to update your payment information:

The BackerKit has been up for a while now, and most people have completed their order. However, there was a bug for about the first 2 weeks where you only got charged shipping costs on additional items added to your pledge. This means pledge level shipping costs were not collected. This has been corrected. If you haven't yet, please log back in and add a credit card so that we can charge shipping before we move into production. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
